Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' communication skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve students' communication abilities in areas such as articulation, fluency, language, voice, and pragmatics.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Passion for working with school-aged children and making a positive impact on their lives.
Education and Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (Preferred).
- Active CA SLP license or eligibility (Preferred).
