Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - SNF/LTC

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Current or pending SLP licensure in Florida.
• Experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
