Adecco Healthcare is currently searching for a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role with our client in Wayne, NE 68787.
Salary
$40+ per hour and more (depending on experience)
Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 9am-5pm
Requirements
- Must have completed a minimum number of hours of supervised clinical practice and clinical experience.
- Graduate from a Speech Pathology program.
- Nebraska State Licensure.

Job Specific Responsibilities
The Speech Pathologist will assess and treat patients with swallowing disorders and communication difficulties, such as Aphasia and Dysphagia. Responsibilities include addressing issues with spoken and written language expression, comprehension, and social communication challenges. Treatment involves strategies to improve memory, attention, problem-solving, and higher-level cognitive skills, aiming to help patients maintain independence. The pathologist will also provide rehabilitation exercises, modify diet consistency, and recommend posture adjustments to improve swallowing function and support proper nutrition and hydration. The overall goal is to enhance patient engagement and independence in natural, community settings.
