Speech Pathologist Per Diem - Milford Regional Medical Center

Per Diem, Optimally 2-3 afternoons per week (i.e. 4-7/7:30), As needed Weekend + Occ/ Hol

Statement of Purpose:

Large multidisciplinary outpatient clinic (part of a network of 70+ therapists), recently expanded andlooking for motivated, evidence-based clinician. Seeking Speech therapist with experience in pediatrics as well as pediatric feeding. Opportunities for interested candidate to also treat adult population.

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed speech therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; helps patient reach his maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities.

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certification / License: MA SLP License required - ASHA Certification required-current CPR skills

Experience: At least 3 years of varied, progressively responsible experience,pediatric experience required. additional adult experience a plus.

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
