Job Title: Speech Recognition Editor
Location: NIH Clinical Center
Key Responsibilities:

Review and edit medical reports generated by speech recognition software, ensuring accuracy in medical terminology, grammar, and formatting.
Compare the original dictation with the transcribed text and make necessary corrections.
Ensure access to and maintain speech recognition editing tools and appropriate software for editing reports.
Collaborate with medical transcriptionists and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ensure that all reports meet NIH formatting and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in medical transcription or editing preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and report formatting.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Familiarity with speech recognition software is a plus.
