Position: Speech Therapist

Location: Northern NJ

Compensation: $70–$100 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

•Conduct assessments to understand speech, language, and communication needs.

•Create and execute custom therapy plans for each client.

•Work with clients across age groups to foster progress.

•Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize support.

•Document each session with attention to client progress.

•Stay informed on the latest in speech therapy techniques and research.

Qualifications:

•Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

•Current or eligible state licensure.

•CCC-SLP preferred.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
