• Provide support in several types of production and sanitation roles
• Reviews data and reports information to ensure that product quality is maintained during production utilizing SPC standards, food review and visual checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Participates in quality improvement and waste elimination (Continuous Improvement) efforts
• Supports without hesitation general plant safety, food safety, food defense initiatives and GMP’s
• Assists with committee work related to production and plant events
• Team player
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED required, secondary education is considered an asset.
• Able to work in a fast paced team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others
• Must be physically fit and able to life 50 lbs
• Familiarity with MS Office required
• Forklift certification preferred
