Job Title: Fully Qualified Splicer/Cable Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, splice, and maintain fiber optic and copper cables.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of cable systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in cable splicing and installation.
• Strong understanding of electrical and telecommunications systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
