Night-Time/Split Shift Housekeeping $15/hour
Schedule
Wednesday & Thursday - 3:00-11:00pm
Saturday & Sunday - 7:00am-3:00pm
Monday or Tuesday (your choice) - 7:00am-3:00pm
Off Friday & either Monday or Tuesday
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent desirable.
- One year of comparable work preferred.
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
- Knowledgeable about maintaining, cleaning and preserving a wide variety of surfaces.
- Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and public areas as well as weekly maintenance of limestone and wood floors. Follows timeline set forth and proper procedures when using chemicals and equipment.
Job Tasks/Duties
- Uses special equipment to clean limestone floors and wood floors weekly.
- Stocks Housekeeping cart and hand caddy.
- Empties trash in all areas of clubhouse, golf facilities, tennis facilities, daycare, aquatics center (when applicable).
- Wipes all windowsills, walls and light switches.
- Clean all windows on rotating basis.
- Vacuums rugs and floors.
- Dusts all furniture and fixtures.
- Wipes mirrors and windows.
- Cleans and sanitizes toilets.
- Washes tiles, shower walls, and fixtures.
- Wipes shower curtain.
- Cleans sink and fixtures.
- Cleans walls, baseboards and floor.
- Restocks towels, wash cloths, soap, glasses and other supplies and amenities.
- Washes, dries and folds laundry.
- Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform strenuous work lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and climbing.
- Able to use scrubbing machine on limestone floors & buffer on wood floors
- Use ladders when required.
- Job has the potential to expose the employee to human blood pathogens or infectious materials.
