Woodfield Boca Ratonis seekingSport DeskAttendantsto provide professional services in our Tennis Pro Shopand Pickleball complex. We are looking for candidateswith experience in sport operations with excellentcommunication and service skills. Must havecomputer skills andhave a flexible schedule,willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays and able to work indoors and extended hours outdoors.

Part and full-time hours available.

The Sport Desk Attendantperformstotal member satisfaction duties including but not limited to: operate Point of Sale system, complete daily reports, help members in purchasing equipment and apparel and related items, answer phones and take reservations for tennis and pickleball courts, make phone calls,collect the appropriate fees, etc., from members andkeep shop area neat and tidy (including patio chairs and tables) as well as keep pickleball area and pavilion tidy (including patio tables and seating areas) and help the tennis merchandiser with the display of merchandise.

REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work indoors and extended hours outdoors
• Exceptional communication and hospitality skills
• Previous experiencein a sporting goods environment, preferred
• Experience in CHELSEA Reservations System, preferred
