This role involves managing inventory, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing department. The ideal candidate will have
a strong knowledge of sporting goods, guns and ammo, a passion for outdoor activities, and the

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in the sporting goods department
- Assist customers in finding the right sports equipment, guns, ammo and hunting/camping gear.
- Maintain a clean and organized sporting goods section
Job Requirements:
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Knowledge and passion for sports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have strong computer skills.
