Job Title: Spray Coating Machine (CEFLA) Operator
Hours: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Ridgefield, NJ
Salary: Starting at $20/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Coating Machine (CEFLA) Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating an oscillating spray coater machine, performing preventative machine maintenance as needed, and ensuring the production of high-quality products. A strong focus on safety and adherence to operational procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the CEFLA oscillating spray coater machine efficiently and safely.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Follow established procedures for machine use and paint application.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
• A collaborative attitude and a desire to learn are essential for success in this role.
• This position may involve standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Strong understanding of color theory and paint mixing.
• Proficiency in computer operations and basic software applications.
• Experience in machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Solid math skills for accurate calculations related to paint formulas.
• Previous painting experience is preferred.
• Electrical experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
