Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: This team is the Azure database support for MSFT.
• Key projects: Please see the job description at the bottom. They will work on support tickets to resolve problems. The role is primarily transactional in nature meaning they will work with any customer who can open a support ticket with the team. No coding is needed but primarily need analytical thinking as a key skill to troubleshoot technical situations.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 20% meetings, 80% case management.

• Years of Experience Required: 5-10 overall years of experience in the field.

• Disqualifiers: poor communication skills in the HSA.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with incident management and customer handling skills.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.
