Job Description:
- Technical (Varicent)
- Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules
- Application Maintenance and Development support of the project. Co-ordinate with offshore team, analyze incidents, defects.
- Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract.
- Release support – Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments.
- Analysis and Design.
- Review documented compensation plan components and associated definition and develop plan.
- Design system architecture, data model, information flow, input and output configuration and reporting templates.
- Identify table needs and design.
