Compensation Range: $65-75 Per Hour W2

- This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
Day to Day:

Supporting ETL / Talend team operations at a leading consulting firm

Data pipelines that feed into key financial analytics, metrics, and data science models

High visibility project that helps consulting firm run!

Working with an already existing set-up - role focused on modifying existing queries and solving issues (vs new development)

Monitoring ETL production, checking if the jobs are running successfully

Supporting operational tasks as assigned by the Data Ops team and Talend/ETL side

Tasks can include - ETL tasks to add fields to tables, changes to logic for one specific field

The task will be discussed by the team, logic will be given to the developer and then coding executed

Working with SQL scripts

Supporting high volume days (beginning of month and mid-month) - financial close dates, high volume of requests and issues/tasks

Between will help with making manual operations more efficient/automated

Helping support operational information for deployments

Utilize templates & existing processes around communication with internal stakeholders and teams
Must Haves:
-
5+ years of experience
-
End-to-end experience in regard to SQL & Talend
-
Getting SQL, editing it, deploying it in Talend
-

Tools
-
Recent Talend experience
-
Talend Studio
-

SQL - able to troubleshoot SQL - write/edit complex queries
-
Soft Skills: strong communicator, able to work under minimal supervision/guidance, problem-solving mentality, team player, always wanting to learn, wants to take initiative & collaborative

Bachelor's degree required? Preferred
