The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and enhancing client relationships within the automotive industry, particularly with Automotive OEMS. This role is pivotal in driving our company's success, and we're looking for someone who is as passionate about customer satisfaction as we are.
As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, retaining existing clients, and ensuring that our services meet and exceed client expectations. You will be the main point of contact for key clients, and your ability to maintain strong relationships will be crucial to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on customer success and satisfaction.
2. Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the automotive industry, particularly with Automotive OEMS.
3. Conduct cold calling and direct sales activities to generate new leads and convert them into clients.
4. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure our services align with client needs and expectations.
6. Provide regular reports on account status, sales results, and market trends.
7. Handle client issues and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their resolution.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the engineering or automotive industry.
2. Proven experience working with Automotive OEMS.
3. Strong track record in customer success, prospecting, cold calling, and direct sales.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
5. Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them into clients.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client issues effectively and professionally.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
