Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results driven Sr. Coordinator of Account Success to support efforts in nurturing and enhancing our relationships with accounts. This role requires a proactive communicator, skilled at engaging with stakeholders and enabling Sales Teams to enhance customer interactions and reinforce the value of Allergan Aesthetics.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in managing complex support issues, effectively manage through ambiguity, and be able to quickly adapt to changing customer needs based on aesthetic market dynamics to address challenges and drive initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Streamline communication channels for the field sales teams, Allergan Aesthetics Corporate, A-DL, and Austin Support Services.
Sales Team Enablement: Collaborate with Large Account Squad to enable Sales Teams to support the dynamic needs of large accounts to remove barriers, maximize partnership, and reinforce the Allergan Aesthetics value proposition.
Issue Management: Take initiative to manage, monitor, and track support issues that impact large, complex accounts to drive collaborative solutions and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Day-to-Day Support Process Management: Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to drive issue resolution and ensure there is proper documentation of outcomes.
Data Analysis: Analyze feedback and support metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth with the support of your manager.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance tools & resources, and document best practices.
Project Participation: Actively participate in cross-functional projects, contributing insights and support to enhance overall performance and customer engagement.
Maintain a Customer-Centric Approach:
Cultivate trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring value-driven interactions.
Establish Allergan Aesthetics as the preferred partner for aggressive growth in the U.S. aesthetics market.

Qualifications- Associate's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Proven track record of leading projects and teams effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in JIRA for task management and reporting
- Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
