Overview of the Sr. Accountant Position:

• Entering invoices into the MIP module
• Coordinate payroll and ensure data transfers accurately
• Record cash receipts for payments received
• Monitor purchase card accounts, verify invoices, and enter to Abila MIP Fund Accounting System
• Prepare quarterly tax filings and annual filings with state and local governments

Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable role:

• Must be proficient with MIP accounting software
• B.S. Accounting Degree
• 3+ Years dedicated non-profit accounting experience
