Sr. Accountant - TalentBridge

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close processes, including preparing and booking journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Manage cost accounting activities, including annual cycle counts and product costing
• Oversee cash flow and treasury functions, ensuring funds are managed effectively
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements, assisting with consolidation activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, though not responsible for creating complex GAAP memos
• Clean up entries and maintain accurate records within Epicor and Dynamics ERP systems
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts, assisting with integration and related financial activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles and experience with product costing
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Epicor or Dynamics
• Experience with financial consolidations and reporting
• Exposure to M&A activities is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
