As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be a key player in our finance team, working closely with our Controller to shape the financial foundation of our organization. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while collaborating with teams across the APAC and European regions!

Position Overview:

In this exciting position, you will lead financial reporting and analysis, manage important account reconciliations, and improve our reporting processes. Your expertise will ensure we meet internal controls and audit requirements, making you essential to our financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze detailed financial statements each month, quarter, and year. Your insights will help guide important decisions, and you’ll play a crucial role in consolidating data globally.

• General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and on time, especially during month-end and year-end closings.

• Compliance and Audit: Safeguard our financial integrity by ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulations. You’ll coordinate audits and implement strong internal controls to maintain accuracy.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in creating annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance, and reporting any variances to help guide the company toward its financial goals.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage cash flow statements and commission payments, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable and royalty income collection.

• Special Projects: Lead innovative projects and system improvements, collaborating with teams across the organization to enhance our financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CPA or CMA certification is preferred. You should have 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including journal entry review and account reconciliations.

• Knowledge and Skills: A strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations is essential. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software, along with advanced Excel skills, will set you apart.

• Personal Attributes: You are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent analytical and communication skills allow you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
