Pay Rate: 170,000.00-180,000.00 $/Year

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with project managers and executives to develop financial plans and budgets for electric transmission projects.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses, providing insights into project performance, cost trends, and profitability.
• Cost Estimation and Control:
  • Work closely with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates for electric transmission projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
  • Monitor project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Financial Reporting:
  • Generate and present regular financial reports, including income statements, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear and actionable financial insights to support decision-making.
• Financial Modeling:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, return on investment, and other financial metrics.
  • Assist in scenario analysis to assess potential impacts on project finances.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
  • Evaluate financial risks associated with electric transmission projects and work with teams to develop strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
