Adecco is hiring immediately for Sr. Accounting & Finance Managers at a local client in Teaneck, NJ. As a Sr. Accounting & Finance Manager, you will maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting, manage cash operations including oversight of payments and receipts, optimize existing workflows, lead issue resolution based on direction, and supervise accounting staff as a senior manager. Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree 

• 5+ years’ related work experience 

• Bilingual fluency in both Japanese and English required 

• CPA required 

• Experience with JDE (ERP) a plus 

• Experience with DIVA a plus 

• Good understanding for accounting rule, particularly IFRS 

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating interdepartmentally 

Shift Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
