Sr Accounts Payable - GP (AP Sup) - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Job Title: AP Supervisor (Sr. AP Processor)
Location: Rialto, CA 100% onsite
Pay Rate: $24 - $28/hr.
Schedule: M - F 8am-4:30pm or Flexible as early as 6 AM
Type: Temp-to-hire (*****I will submit DH candidates if you have them*****)

Duties:
Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for managing (1) accounts payable clerk and accounts payable processes to include processing of 25-50 invoice a day,3 way matching using Great Plains.
Posting and reconciling A/P to the General Ledger, Preparing journal entries, Freight Payables, Accruals and assist with month-end closing.
Manage expense vendor payments and G/L coding
Prepares and prints daily/weekly check runs ensuring accuracy & Manual checks as needed
Fixed Assets - Maintains, adds/retires, and reconciles Fixed Assets
Performs various reconciliations of assigned GL accounts, identifies variances, and implements corrective action (TOI/OEG)

Requirements:
Full-cycle accounts payable processing exp. (high volume 25-50 a day) - Required
AP Month-End experience - required
Great Plains Accounting Software exp. - Required
Fixed Assets reconciliation exp. -preferred
Experience in the retail industry - preferred
