We are seeking a highly experienced, Senior Agile Project Manager to assist our client organization achieve its technology vision and will work with teams in a fast-paced technology organization. Our primary objective is to help the teams we are supporting to accomplish their product roadmaps by promoting communication and collaboration, organizing their prioritized work, and promoting continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Prior positions as either a Project Manager or Scrum Master
• College degree is not required
• Optional certifications are a plus: Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent), Project Management Professional or other related certification
Requirements:
• Experience project managing CRM transformation initiatives
• Practical experience working with multiple project management methodologies including at least one of the following: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SAFe
• Working with any project management organizational or visualization tools; examples could be Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, SmartSheet, Wrike, or Rally
• Experience scheduling projects by breaking down large plans into smaller tasks
• Ability to lead technical conversations and work with teams to prioritize work based on value delivered, and highlight risks to delivery and support of a product
• Skills to work with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document objectives and requirements, translate technical requirements and solutions into business language and back
• Managing the flow of information to all stakeholders of the project from sponsors to users impacted
• Experience developing, maintaining and distributing (as appropriate) standard project management deliverables including: requirements, project schedules, issues & action items log, and meeting minutes
• Remove impediments for the team to execute on work
Preferred Skills:
• Experience leading large-scale technology projects with strategic importance
• Experience participating in both development and infrastructure teams
• Being a champion of user experience
