Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute complex audience design and strategy for multichannel customer communications
– Understand and define customer data parameters, database structures, models, and campaign management tools
– Translate marketing objectives into optimal audience selection criteria for business campaigns
– Design sophisticated multichannel campaigns based on key stakeholder input
– Ensure rigorous quality assurance/control for audience targeting
– Collaborate with technology, data, channel, and model development teams to enhance campaign impact
– Utilize Treasure Data Audience Studio for audience development, testing, execution, and monitoring
Qualifications:
– Minimum of three years' experience in marketing campaign support and execution
– Two years' professional experience with Treasure Data Audience Studio
– Proficiency in reading SQL queries
– Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during data/platform migration
– Willingness to travel as future needs require
– BA/BS degree (preferred)
– Experience in Business to Customer (B2C) marketing (preferred)
– Experience in the hospitality industry and/or credit card/financial services (preferred)
