Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee different project phases, including tax return preparations and consulting assignments
• Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards
• Engage directly with clients, peers, and partners on various accounting and consulting projects
• Guide and mentor staff accountants, reviewing their work on accounting, tax, and business consulting projects
• Take the lead in client engagements, collaborating directly with business owners and C-level executives

Must-Haves:

• 1-4 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax
• Active CPA, or in pursuit of CPA licensure
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Experience working with small to mid-size businesses
• Proficiency in MS Office
