This role is based in the U.S. and will have flexibility of working either hybrid, remote / virtual and in office.
Foot Locker, Inc., the world's leading retailer of athletically inspired shoes and apparel, is seeking a Sr. Analyst, HRIS Data. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HRIS, the Sr. Analyst, HRIS Data will play a role in redefining our HR Data to optimize its use in reporting, business processes, and system integrations. In this role, you will provide support for the HRIS team in configuring and maintaining functionality in our HR platforms. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to strategically align and operationalize solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide statistical support to the HRIS team to support Data cleansing and definition
- Develop analytical reports, conduct data analysis, perform information synthesis, and summarize results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement studies, analyze data, and provide them with recommendations based on the results.
- Understand the business applications and apply the best techniques to improve organizational data structure
- Ensure the security and integrity of HR data through regular audits and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain detailed user manuals and system guidelines.
- Help conduct training sessions or workshops on People Transaction use
- Support data management with an emphasis on transitioning to Oracle Cloud solution
- Provide SuccessFactors support by partnering with the SuccessFactors HRIS manager on solution rollouts and annual processes.
- Support HRIS Manager and Sr. Director HRIS, with implementation of Guided Self – Service
- Communicates system changes, upgrades and general information to HRIS managers and end-users
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Systems (or the equivalent HRIS business experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRIS function
- General Human Resources knowledge
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong analytical, design, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- (Plus) Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $66000 - $85000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
