Maximus is seeking an accomplished senior HRIS analyst who has experience with all technical aspects of configuring and maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and who desires to join a diverse, high-performing HRIS team with tremendous professional growth and development opportunities. This prospective Maximus HRIS team member must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise with ATS and/or CRM configurations, data integrations, end-user security administration, workflows/automations, reporting, upgrades and release management. Additionally, candidates should have a broad knowledge of talent acquisition business processes and practices. Also, it is required that candidates for this position have knowledge and experience with Avature talent acquisition solutions, preferably the ATS, CRM and Onboarding solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primarily focused on the implementation of the Avature ATS and the successful integration of the system with other HR and IT systems.
- Assess HR and business needs to identify opportunities in the Avature design and configuration of efficient and scalable end-to-end processes.
- Prepare comprehensive Avature development plans and and lead in supporting all elements for the introduction of new applications or functionalities in order to ensure expected outcomes.
- Implement solutions for Avature which may include building interfaces, system enhancements and/or integration projects.
- Participate in project planning and lead the maintenance in major upgrades and system implementations.
- Plan and execute testing of new Avature system features and evaluate the implementation prior to production release.
- Support development of or prepare post-production support documentation and/or training materials.
- Develop and execute a strategy for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the data within HR systems.
- Lead or support the creation and execution of a reporting strategy utilizing system-provided capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledge and experience in systems implementations, change management, and knowledge management.
- Advanced proficiency in Avature ATS implementation and configuration.
•Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal communication and team building skills.
•Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) complex subjects to all levels of the organization.
•Proficiency in Smartsheet and Visio is preferred.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
