Expected salary range of $96,300 to $107,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Responsibilities:PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
An experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst that supports internal communication with expertise needed to drive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Workforce Development (WFD) Center of Excellence (COE) goals and outcomes. Position will develop and deliver change management, including incorporation of standards of practice and engagement models, conduct assessments, monitor progress, and acquire & share leading practices.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serves as a change management subject matter expert within DEI and Workforce Development COE team. Work with team to build and execute change management plans, including assistance in connecting the dots on process, technology, culture, strategy and structure as it relates to integrated change management planning and execution.
- Build Change Management program utilizing Prosci model, previous experience, qualitative and quantitative data to establish best practices, engagement model and standards or practice.
- Develop and implement feedback and effectiveness measurement mechanism(s) to ensure program impact and depth of adoption.
- Liaison to Internal Communications and Social Media leads to ensure timely content and communication needs.
- Support development of DEI annual report and contributions to Corporate Sustainability report as well as Economic Impact Report.
- Explore opportunities to continuously improve current process, as well as build a model that will be able to sufficiently support variation of projects and change initiatives.
- Review or create templates, communications, presentations and other program or initiative related documentation to support regional WFD leads.
- Act as an advisor to and collaborator with other organizations pursuing change management program development and participating in DEI/WFD COE initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Organizational Development or related field.
- At least 5 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying OCM principles, tools and practices.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster change culture.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation development & communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing practical and effective solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prosci Change Management Certification.
