Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Procurement Systems

Location: Foster City, CA. (94404 - Remote)

Duration: 18 Months (+possible extensions)

Pay Range: $57 - $62 / hour. on W2

Overview:

· As a Sr. Analyst specializing in Procurement Systems Maintenance, you will be pivotal in supporting and optimizing our current procurement systems.

· Reporting directly to the Director of Process and Compliance, you will contribute to the enhancement and management of our global procurement systems.

· In this role, you will collaborate with functional teams to develop and recommend strategies for system improvements, integrations, and design enhancements.

· Your focus will be on building a scalable suite of procurement systems that meets the evolving needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Identify Automation Opportunities: Map procurement data and systems to find and implement automation opportunities.

· Strategy Development: Develop and advocate for strategies and cases for procurement automation.

· Program Management: Support multi-functional programs, managing all aspects including objectives, goals, timelines, and team collaboration.

· Requirements and Solutions: Collaborate to define user requirements and translate them into effective solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards.

· System Improvement: Apply Source-to-Settle system knowledge to identify and implement process and configuration improvements.

· System Administration: Support procurement system administration, configuration, maintenance, and data migrations.

· Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with business partners.
