Sr. Architectural Designer - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek is looking for a Sr. Architectural Designer to begin working with a fantastic client of ours in Charlotte, NC immediately. This candidate will be responsible for leading the design and execution of various types of projects, transforming client visions into stunning, functional spaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent, Licensed Architect is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in residential architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in hand-drawing, 3D visualization, and graphic presentation software, showcasing the ability to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Possess strong proficiency in modeling using REVIT and SketchUp, with a willingness to adapt and learn new software options as needed.
• Display a willingness to work on a diverse range of project types, building typologies, and architectural styles, demonstrating adaptability and creativity.
• Comfortable making presentations to staff, clients, and governing bodies, effectively articulating design concepts and project details.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards
• Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $48.08/hr
Term: 6 months contract to hire
