Sr Billing Analyst - Inceed

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00

Position: Sr Billing Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Billing Analyst to join their team!

This role will focus on ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes, providing strategic guidance, mentoring team members, and driving continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of billing analysts, supporting daily activities and team development.
• Conduct training sessions and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Oversee the entire billing cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Review and approve complex invoices, addressing and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance and streamline billing workflows.
• Perform financial analyses, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management with key financial metrics and insights.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation solutions.
• Partner with IT and other teams to implement system enhancements.
• Act as a contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex billing issues.
• Work with customer service and sales teams to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in billing
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific billing practices.
• Proficiency in billing software, ERP systems, financial tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
