Litehouse is hiring a strategic full-time Sr. Brand Manager to join our team.
Manages, develops, and oversees the implementation of marketing activities to maximize sales of a brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies effective sales channels. Translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the company's public image.
What you will do
- Owns and manages the execution of campaigns that support new brand positioning.
- Develop and execute strategies that extend consumer lifetime value, enhance the consumer experience, and provide significant value to both consumers and business partners.
- Identifies new opportunities and develops new programs to elevate the brand among current partners, potential new partners, media, and consumers.
- Lead one or multiple brands that deliver over $25M in top line sales
- Develops and nurtures cross functional relationships to exchange information and support ongoing projects and initiatives. Partners with all business/product teams to ensure all programs and communications are on-brand, aligned, and consistently reflecting the approved visual identity and voice.
- Manage, develop and mentor team. Areas of focus are; standardized project processes, creating plans for new product launches, creating selling presentations for product/packaging changes/launches, and working cross functionally to execute any other product changes.
- Be the brand ambassador for the organization and inspire cross functional teams to ensure brand strategy is reflected in all elements of execution.
- Present to key audiences such as: Board of Directors, Key retailers, and Leadership meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing or related field.
- 10+ years Marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in a client services position leading a team of marketing professionals and/or marketing function.
- 10+ years of developing and executing marketing campaigns, including managing the creative development of these campaigns.
- Previous experience managing outside vendors and agencies.
- Progressive management experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly.
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-directed, project management, and prioritization capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with external agencies and outside departments.
- Ability to drive end-to-end Branding initiatives.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills.
- Must be a strong cross-functional worker and communicator.
