Essential Functions
Brand Communications Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communications strategy with clear goals and KPIs.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning to ensure cohesive and aligned brand marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing calendar, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and behaviors, using insights to shape brand positioning.
Brand Positioning and Consistency
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and behaviors, using insights to shape product positioning across the website and other marketing channels.
- Own Revant’s brand messaging, ensuring it communicates the value and benefits of products effectively to Revant’s target audience.
- Act as the brand guardian, maintaining consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with in-house content creators, designers, and external partners to maintain a unified brand presence across all content and communications.
Go-to-Market Campaign Leadership
- Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches, collaborating with marketing, product, ecommerce, and customer service teams to ensure successful launches.
- Develop brand marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and influencer strategies, and other digital channels.
- Oversee promotional sales that increase brand visibility and drive revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance and brand health metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Brand Partnerships and PR
- Manage PR efforts with agencies and partners to secure product reviews and media features.
- Identify and pursue brand partnership opportunities that align with Revant’s values and target audience, such as product collaborations or co-branded marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development of an influencer marketing program to spread awareness of Revant’s products.
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, manage and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, including social media manager, marketing specialists, designers, content creators, and contract photographers/videographers.
- Provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Revant offers a competitive compensation package including:
- Base salary or hourly pay range, $105,000 - $120,000 (dependent upon experience)

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment.
- 3 years of experience developing and launching GTM strategies and digital marketing campaigns for an e-commerce company.
- Experience managing junior team members, with the ability to comfortably conduct effective performance reviews.
- Familiarity with the vision care industry, particularly lenses and eyewear, is a plus.

Work Environment - Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office)
While working remotely, you will need a quiet space that you can use to allow you to be present and focused during work hours. In addition to two days in the office per week, your position may require you to be physically in the office more often when projects or in person meetings are required.
When working at the office, we operate under Good Manufacturing Practices which may at times require wearing safety glasses and closed toe shoes. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands

- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., as occasional lifting and movement of office-related materials may be required.
- Use of computer and office equipment. Proficiency in using computers, keyboards, and other office equipment is essential.

- The ability to handle paperwork, operate office machinery, and perform various administrative tasks requires good manual dexterity.
Travel
One international trip per year of about two weeks is expected.
