Sr. Business Analyst, Consumer Insights and MarTech - Vuori, Inc

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst with a passion for data and technology to take on a pivotal role in shaping our Consumer Data Architecture (CDA) strategy. In this position, you'll be the key connector between business leaders and technical teams, driving the development and optimization of data platforms that power our personalization and customer insights. Your expertise in analyzing complex business challenges and translating high-level requirements into actionable solutions will directly influence the future of our data infrastructure, helping us deliver seamless, data-driven experiences across all customer touch points.

What you'll get to do:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to support CDA and MarTech initiatives.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the documentation of use case requirements for CDA and MarTech, ensuring they align with overall analytics strategies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and data architecture.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed, actionable tasks for data and analytics teams to implement effectively.
• Take ownership of CDA and MarTech projects, prioritizing features and driving successful delivery aligned with business goals.
• Communicate project updates, recommendations, and documentation clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement of CDA and MarTech platforms and processes.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems).
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst with a focus on data and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data problems into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including Agile and project management principles.
• Expertise in consumer data architecture, including data modeling, integration, and identity resolution for personalization and segmentation.
• Experience working with MarTech platforms like Hightouch, Iterable, and CDP systems in a retail context.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of consumer retail processes, including customer journeys, loyalty programs, and omni-channel strategies.

The salary range for this role is $135,000 per year - $160,000 per year.
