Required Skills :

- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements

- Ability to lead meetings, conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the  audience, make oral and written reports and presentations

- Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software   development project

- Experience with Azure DevOps; including creating User Stories and queries

- Exposure to Complex IT web Applications, within the past 5 years

- Experience in a role, as a business analyst, supporting a software development project, in the past 5 years 

- Proficiency with MS Office 

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle 

- Project management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologies 

- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 

Key Responsibilities : 

- Requirements Gathering: Independently lead requirement sessions to document business needs and specifications.

- Project Management: Maintain and track project tasks, timelines, and sprint progress in Azure DevOps; ensure     adherence to change management policies.

- Liaison Duties: Act as a bridge between business clients and development teams, facilitating meetings, tracking    tasks, and updating stakeholders.

- Documentation: Maintain project documentation in SharePoint and provide regular status reports and resource      projections.

- Operational Support: Handle operational requests to support web applications and project initiatives (about 90% of  the role).
