About the Job
Immediate and long-term opening for an Oracle Business Analyst with a Global Fundraising Organization in the Healthcare sector. The Oracle Fusion Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into system specifications for IT teams to implement.
*This role will require onsite work in Memphis, TN on a hybrid basis*
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of financial management systems as part of ERP, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management
- Ability to serve as the liaison between the business and technical team members
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Oracle Certification(s) in financial management modules of Oracle Fusion ERP (preferred)
- General knowledge using tools or systems such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, Concur, Jira, Tableau, Power BI, and Visio (preferred)
