Sr. Business Analyst/Solution Architect - AllStaff

Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst/ Solution Architect to enhance our business/technological frameworks and drive innovation in our SaaS solutions. This role requires in-depth experience in SaaS environments, business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and end-users to design and optimize scalable, cloud-based solutions, ensuring they align with both business goals and technical specifications. The ideal candidate would be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions within our organization. This role is based in the Tampa/ St. Pete area.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, priorities, and challenges, translating them into actionable business architecture plans and roadmaps.

· Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business/technical processes, workflows, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

· Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

· Design end-to-end business/technical solutions that leverage technology to address business challenges and capitalize on opportunities, developing architectural blueprints, models, and standards.

· Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and standards that govern how business and technology components are integrated and aligned.

· Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform the development of innovative solutions that meet or exceed client needs.

· Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring that the delivered solution adheres to architectural standards and meets performance, scalability, and security benchmarks.

· Define integration strategies between the SaaS platform and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

· Act as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

· Proven experience (5+ years) in business/solution architecture, business analysis, or strategic planning roles.

· Experience using tools such as Jira, Visio and Figma is required.

· Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.

· A strong understanding of NLP and LLM technologies.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Understand industry-specific requirements and translate these into actionable technology strategies.

· Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly as they apply to the mortgage industry, is highly desirable.

· Mortgage experience is preferred but not required
