About the Job
The client has a shipping application with an interface to their Warehouse Management system. It is used at their warehouses. They use LTL carriers to ship their parts.
They want to replace the current system. There is no "as-is document. This consultant should work with the business owners/users and understand the current process and document the "as-is . Then, talk to the stakeholders and document the new requirements, if any.
This person then might be asked to assist with the RFP process, and vendor selection and help take the client through the new system implementation process.
Need to be familiar with the warehouse and shipping operations.
On-site in New Jersey 50% of the time is preferred.
