As a Sr. Business Development Representative at Meritech, you'll work closely with our Outside Sales Team to expand our customer base by building opportunities in existing customer and prospect accounts, on a fast-track to becoming a Territory Sales Manager.

What We Offer
As a Meritech team member, you’ll receive:
- $60,000 - $75,000 base salary per year to start, plus commission; payroll every other Thursday.

- 3 weeks annually of paid-time-off and sick leave accrual, with increases based on tenure.

Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in (or eager to learn) lead generation and customer outreach (2 years preferred).
- A skilled multi-tasker and time manager.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Committed to delivering high-quality and accurate work.
- Flexible and adaptable in their interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with different types & preferences of customers, with positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills & work ethic.
- Willing & able to travel, up to 15% of the time.
- Experienced at analyzing data to find helpful & relevant information to inform business decisions.
- Excellent with verbal and written communication to clearly communicate with customers (proficient in English reading, writing, and basic mathematics - high school diploma or GED equivalent level).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably experienced in Salesforce or similar.
- Able to regularly perform the following physical requirements, with or without accommodations:
- Frequently: Ability to utilize basic office equipment such as computer, keyboard, printer, phones.
- Frequently: Communicate via phone call, email, chat, and other methods with customers, internal staff, and others.
- Frequently: Prolonged periods working at a desk and/or computer.
- Occasionally: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
