Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g., Geographical Information Systems).
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in senior-level business application design, development, implementation, and enhancement within an online environment.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 integration with GIS, particularly in Spatial Asset Management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on ESRI ArcGIS platforms, including ArcGIS FieldMaps and ArcGIS Pro.
- Skilled in ArcGIS Portal/Enterprise using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in Mobile GIS field applications on Windows and iOS, including the use of ArcGIS Runtime SDK.
- Programming and Database Proficiency: Expertise in .NET, C#, Python (with ESRI libraries), and SQL.
- In-depth understanding of spatial databases and real-time GIS applications with a focus on spatial data visualization.
- Experience with Machine Learning/AI applications in geospatial contexts.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 integration with GIS, particularly in Spatial Asset Management.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the utilities industry is highly advantageous.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of DevOps practices, paired with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities. Experience working in a production or service-focused environment.
