EssentialFunctions,DutiesandResponsibilities

·Responsibleforprovidingprocurementsupportforthecorporatecapitalportfolio.

·Expectedtoshapethecapitalcategorystrategydevelopmentforcapitalprojectsandleadasachangeagenttoachieveworldclassprojectexecution.

·CollaboratewithEngineering,OperationsandProjectManagerstodevelopandexecuteprocurementplans,bidspecifications,drawingsandscopeofworkdocumentation.

·CreateandexecuteRFI/RFP/RFQactivitiesinsupportofpurchasingequipment,spareparts,suppliesandservicesofacomplexnaturewithintheprocurementguidelines.

·Coordinatesupplierbidwalksthroughoutthemanufacturingsitesasneeded.

·Commercialevaluationofproposals,consolidatefindingsandpresentrecommendationstokeystakeholders.

·Negotiatecontractsandcommercialtermsandconditions,facilitatecontractexecutionandpurchaseordersissuance.

·Managerelationshipswithkeysuppliersincludingproactiveperformancemonitoringvs.expectationsandinterveningwhennecessary.

·Developnewsupplysourceswherevendorsandsuppliersareinadequate.

·Identifyandimplementsafetyimprovements,productivityimprovementsandcostsavingsopportunities.

Requirements

·Demonstratecommitmenttozeroincidentsafetyculture,teammateengagement,activeteamwork,continuousimprovementwhilepracticingcorporateTargetBehaviors.

·Bachelor’sDegreeinEngineering,BusinessAdministration,SupplyChain,orrelatedfield.

·5+yearsofexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment.

·ExperienceworkinginmanufacturingERPsystems.

·Solidorganizationalandtime-managementskillswithstrongattentiontodetailcapabilities.

·ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeproductsandpossessstronganalyticalskills.

·Generalmechanicalaptitudeandunderstandingofmanufacturingequipment,FATactivities,installationservices,SATactivities,commissioning,maintenanceandrepairservices,machining,fabrication,electricalcomponents,mechanicalcomponents,andfacilityservices.

·Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills.

·Abilitytoworkindependentlyandactasanowner.
