Sr. Civil Engineer Project Manager - HR Talent Partners

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree, California Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer, plus a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in land development and/or public works; or the equivalent work experience of twelve (12) years in the industry. Qualified candidates will also have a minimum of eight (8) years of management experience supervising the work of engineers, designers, and other project support staff.

Candidates for this position must demonstrate:

· Strong independent thought and decision-making abilities

· Possess demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills

· Exhibit management ability

· Be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients/public-agency personnel and in-house staff.

Candidates managerial experience must include the following:

· Supervision of engineering design teams

· Management of project schedules and budgets

· Preparation and management of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work; significant experience in client and preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work

· Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions.
