About the Job
We are looking for a Sr. Civil Project Manager to start working with a client of ours in the Kennesaw, GA area as soon as possible. This candidate should have land development experience.

Required by Client
- Manage land development project preparing due diligence studies and site planning
- Experience Designing grading/drainage, water/wastewater systems, storm water detention facilities
- Proficient Autocad and Civil 3D
- Ability to manage multi projects
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred by Client
- BS Civil Engineer Degree
- PE Preferred
- 7 plus years of experience in Land Development Residential
Pay Rate: $90k - $135k
