Sr. Commercial Lines Account Executive - Hilb Group

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Sr. ­­­­­Commercial Lines Account Executive or to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This can be an in-office or remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for book of business and new business as referred. 
• Manage all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
• Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
• Assist clients with questions and issue resolution
• Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience is preferred.
• Licensed in NY or able to be.
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurance, mostly small business, with carrier online rating knowledge a must.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Strong time management skills
