Sr. Compensation Analyst - Burnett Specialists

Sr. Compensation Analyst- Houston Area A leading specialty contractor in the Houston area is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join their team. Candidates must have at least 5+ years of relevant compensation experience.
 

• Supports all aspects of the preparation and distribution of materials for meetings of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
• Assists in the preparation of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) and other executive compensation documentation necessary for the annual proxy statement and annual shareholder meeting.
• Provides compensation support for the organization as needed: market pricing, special projects, broad-based compensation, validation of equity grants etc.
• Tracks executive perks and ensures timely submission to payroll.
• Provides support to managers on compensation related issues.
• Participates in compensation surveys.
