Job Summary:
The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a key role in overseeing compensation activities, including those related to salary analysis and determinations, market pricing and salary administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and project management abilities to support the creation, execution, and management of company-wide compensation programs.
Responsibilities:
+ Support the implementation, management, and enhancement of compensation programs that are cost-effective and competitive for multiple business units. This includes conducting job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary surveys, administering salary increases, and overseeing long- and short-term incentive plans, as well as ensuring compliance with financial, tax, and proxy disclosure requirements.
+ Conduct research, reporting, and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in compensation practices.
+ Organize and execute the annual compensation planning cycle including timely communication with relevant stakeholders and configuring compensation management systems to facilitate accurate data input, calculations, and reporting.
+ Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position and identify market trends.
+ Research, evaluate and participate in external compensation surveys.
+ Partner with finance, accounting, legal and tax departments to ensure regulatory and legal compliance of employee compensation practices.
+ Provide assistance in resolving internal and external business issues related to compensation.
+ Support the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors through analysis and reporting.
+ Drive awareness of new compensation trends to support business unit compensation teams.
+ Lead project teams to develop recommendations and innovative solutions.
+ Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Business, Finance, Math, or a related field
+ Demonstrated experience in an analytical role
+ Strong research and analytical skills; ability to present findings to management
+ Advanced computer skills, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced work environment
+ Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
+ Action and result oriented
+ Resourceful/creative problem-solver
+ Acute attention to detail
+ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
+ Familiarity with Oracle Compensation Module and/or Alteryx Analytics Platform preferred.
