Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Compliance Manager to join a prestigious law firm client. The top-ranked global firm generates $3 billion in revenue and caters to clients in key hubs of business, finance, technology, and government. The Sr. Compliance Manager will be joining the firms HR team and partner closely with the firms Assistant General Counsel. This is a senior management-level position that requires the Sr. Compliance Manager to manage all necessary compliance initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to the firms leadership and internal teams. The Sr. Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all firm human resources policies, accompanying systems, and processes comply with federal, state, and local US government regulations.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Assist the firm in responding to new regulations by providing advice and training to responsible HR and administrative teams.
Partner with the Office of the General Counsel, IT, HR, and other internal teams on deliverables related to payroll, time entry, EEO reporting, onboarding, and introduction of new technology platforms.
Oversee compliance with data privacy regulations such as CCPA, GDPR, and other emerging laws while partnering with legal and data privacy teams to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
Provide reporting to HR leadership on compliance status, proposed improvements, and impending legislative changes.
Remain updated on emerging compliance issues, especially in areas such as AI regulations and data privacy in Asia.
This is a full-time position is in the office 3 days a week in either NYC or Boston, MA.
Compensation
$130,000 to $210,000 per year annual salary.
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.

Skills and Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience specializing in policy compliance, risk management, and HRIS within an enterprise environment
Expertise in U.S. compliance with data privacy regulations, such as CCPA, GDPR, and other emerging laws
Excellent strategic, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Legal compliance experience in multiple jurisdictions
Knowledge of Asia and U.K. compliance laws
Masters or JD degree null
