Position Overview:
Our client is a GeneralContractor thatspecializesonfederalconstruction contracts. We aresearching for a Project Manager for a long-term project in North Charleston, SC.The Project Manager is responsible for multiple construction projects on Joint Base Charleston.This position is responsible for construction projectsthroughouttheirentirelifecyclefromestimationtocloseout.Projectswillinvolvevarious tradesandsubcontractorsandwillvaryinsize($2,500-$2,000,000),scope,andcomplexity.The idealProjectManagermusthaveawell-roundedconstructionbackground,estimatingexperience, strong problem-solving skills and excellent people skills.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’sdegreeinconstructionmanagement,engineering,orlikefield preferred
•6-8yearsofconstructionprojectmanagement experience
•3yearsofestimatingexperience
•5yearsconstruction experience
•Previousfederalconstructionexperiencepreferred
•PreviousexperienceonIDIQcontracts preferred
•Abilitytoworkonmilitaryinstallations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
