Role Summary:
The CBI Corporate Accounts Executive is responsible for the relationship, annual and long-term strategy, and tangible business results of a single, large-scale client (predictable $5-10MM in annual revenue). This person acts as the trusted and consultative advisor to the client and the client's other key partners - and is the voice of the client back to the Company. They coordinate the efforts of our entire support and delivery teams as well as our manufacturing partners in providing focused service to the client, and do so in a profitable, healthy manner. As such they act as the "CEO" relative to entire business spectrum around that key client.
Responsibilities:
• Own the strategy and execution to achieve annual revenue objectives.
• Intimate knowledge of the Client including strategy, business plans, financial health, key executives, geographic presence, culture and current key objectives.
• Understanding Clients workplace footprint, direction, decision criteria, capital plan - and the link to their core business.
• Develop a strategic account plan aligned with the Client's direction and against which we have identified solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build compelling, proactive solutions to address key client requirements and establish the vision and value within the Client's extended team.
• Identify and pursue specific projects both near term and long term.
• Focus on improving our share of wallet within the Client's enterprise.
• Ability to plan and manage both complex, multi-year initiatives as well as handle the daily details of current projects.
• Coordinate the CBI team, as well as the resources of our major manufacturing partners, to provide excellent responsiveness, support and delivery.
• Develop strong relationships, at the project and leadership level, to other coalition partners who are involved or should be involved with the Client's projects and initiatives.
• Active and visible with key coalition, community and influencing organizations.
• Accurate sales and capacity forecasting - maintaining continual precision in tracking opportunities through the various stages of the sales process.
• Comfort, credibility and capability in price and contract negotiation.
• Own and manage total business results across pursuit, win and delivery.
